📋 Description

• Attorneys manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution • Including all aspects of discovery and litigation • The attorneys work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators • Participants gain skills and advocacy techniques necessary to thrive in a practice area that continues to experience significant demand for talented attorneys

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degrees • Member of the State Bar of California • Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability • Excellent written and oral communication • Commitment to proactive case management • Experience in Merus and/or Litify is preferred but not required • Experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams is preferred but not required
