📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact between Platform Support and Central Wealth Solutions/Advanced Planning for assigned applications. • Build and maintain relationships with Central Wealth Solutions and Advanced Planning stakeholders. • Facilitate regular check-ins and feedback loops for alignment and continuous improvement. • Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned applications. • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, manage updates, and ensure system reliability. • Monitor application performance and usage to identify optimization opportunities. • Streamline workflows and improve system utilization with business teams. • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices. • Support onboarding and training for new users and teams. • Ensure applications comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards. • Assist with audits, data integrity checks, and compliance reporting. • Participate in or lead application enhancement, integration, or transition projects. • Coordinate testing, deployment, and communications for operational changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. • 7+ years of proven experience in application support, relationship management, or operations. • Experience within a financial services or technology environment is strongly preferred. • Strong understanding of eMoney, Money GuidePro, Holistiplan, Nitrogen/Riskalyze and their role in operational workflows strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality. • Experience with Workday preferred. • Strong experience leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive business outcomes and optimize workflows. • Ability to design and implement AI-enhanced processes, evaluate and recommend AI solutions, understand AI ethics and bias considerations, train team members on AI tool adoption, and stay current with emerging AI technologies. • Experience with prompt engineering and AI model evaluation. • Understanding of AI limitations and risks. • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, file documents in high or low cabinets, use the telephone, and use computer systems. • Must meet applicable work authorization requirements; organization participates in E-Verify.
