📋 Description

• Solve legal problems across a broad spectrum of practice areas in a limited scope representation capacity • Draft and review a variety of legal documents • Consult with clients via telephone • Research legal matters • Provide superior client service and advice • Work without courtroom appearances

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. • Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania • At least 2 years of practical, general legal experience • Prior experience in litigation, including auto accidents, personal injury, and medical malpractice • Ability to work remotely during standard business hours • Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software • Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details, meeting deadlines and service goals
