📋 Description
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide remote supportive care for patients • Promote quality patient care, comfort, and a safe environment • Provide observation for safety of assigned patient(s) • Communicate with and support the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners • Report observations of changes in patient’s condition/behavior to professional staff • Complete required reports and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma • BLS through the American Heart Association • Behavioral Health Sciences interest preferred
