📋 Description

• Participate in intake and co-planning conversations with LEE staff and partner organizations • Facilitate in-person and virtual events for prospective and current members • Participate in outreach strategies to drive event turnout, including calls and texts • Guide members to LEE resources, supports, and opportunities, including electoral and policy coaching • Input and track member engagement data using Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Google Sheets • Analyze event results and enter findings into LEE systems within five business days • Prepare for sessions using LEE facilitator guides and decks • Participate in preparation and run-throughs and support delivery of sessions and programming • Collaborate with the team to learn facilitation context and share learnings • Lead or contribute to team-level, organization-wide, or cross-team special projects • Bring Northern California and/or Southern California local context to member programming • Work approximately 12–15 hours per assigned event, including preparation, facilitation, and wrap-up • Lead an anticipated average of 1–2 events per quarter

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in approved geographic hubs in Northern California or Southern California • Must possess deep community/educational networks within the applicable region • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience; without a Bachelor’s degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience required; with an Associate’s degree, 2 additional years required • 5+ years of relevant professional experience, including facilitating learning opportunities for adults • Ability to plan strategically, prioritize time, and manage implementation in fast-moving, changeable environments • Consultative orientation and ability to execute intake needs and co-design experiences with stakeholders • Willingness to travel in person to regional events • Ability to build and leverage relationships with diverse audiences and partners • Ability to communicate and collaborate within a geographically dispersed team • Strong commitment to LEE’s mission, core values, and theory of change • Native or professional bilingual fluency in English and Spanish highly preferred • Civic leadership experience preferred, including politics/campaigns, policy, advocacy, and/or community organizing • Experience working and coaching across lines of difference preferred • Fluency in Google Suite preferred • Proficiency or experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, and Google Sheets • Occasional evening and/or weekend work required • Ability to travel to in-person meetings in various U.S. cities
