📋 Description

• Lead and support Acumatica ERP implementations from discovery through go-live • Conduct business process reviews to understand client operations, requirements, and pain points • Translate business requirements into Acumatica configurations and solutions • Configure Acumatica for distribution, inventory, purchasing, sales, and broader business workflows • Develop and maintain Generic Inquiries, dashboards, reports, Report Designer outputs, and Business Events • Identify process improvements and drive successful system adoption with clients • Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, training, and go-live activities • Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot business-process-related challenges • Collaborate with developers and consultants to deliver integrated ERP solutions • Contribute to knowledge sharing, best practices, documentation, and team mentoring • Manage multiple project priorities while maintaining client relationships and delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of experience • Hands-on experience working with Acumatica ERP • Strong functional knowledge of distribution processes and workflows • Prior ERP consulting or implementation experience strongly preferred • Ability to understand relationships between operational processes and financial modules • Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries, Dashboards, Report Designer, and Business Events • Strong business process analysis and solution-design capabilities • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Comfortable leading client conversations, workshops, and complex requirements discussions • Ability to collaborate across consulting, development, and client teams • Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, business-focused approach • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge • Nice-to-have: experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon integrations • Nice-to-have: exposure to Acumatica Field Service or Payroll modules • Nice-to-have: combination of ERP consulting and end-user/industry experience • Nice-to-have: broader functional knowledge across the Acumatica platform • Nice-to-have: experience with clients across multiple industries or business models
