📋 Description

• Construct enterprise electrical engineering scenarios spanning complex circuit and systems design cycles, multi-stakeholder design reviews, and manufacturing or regulatory certification processes • Build tasks across power systems and grid infrastructure, semiconductor and PCB design, embedded systems and firmware, signal processing, and control systems engineering • Develop scenarios involving Altium Designer, Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE simulation platforms, and enterprise PLM/EDA systems • Apply circuit analysis and simulation, EMC/EMI compliance, control theory, reliability and failure mode analysis against US or International standards tracks • Produce reference design specifications, engineering analyses, and executive-level technical narratives • Author rubrics distinguishing authentic enterprise electrical engineering judgment from generic textbook or coursework-level recall

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years working as an electrical engineer or engineering lead at a Fortune 500 or major technology, industrial, or energy company • Direct ownership of large-scale circuit designs, power systems, or engineering certification programs • Fluency in enterprise electrical engineering tooling and methodologies • Understanding of safety standards and regulatory certification, including NEC / NFPA 70, IEEE, UL, FCC, and IEC • Understanding of cross-functional design governance • Experience with Altium Designer, Cadence, MATLAB/Simulink, SPICE simulation platforms, and enterprise PLM/EDA systems • Professional engineering credential such as US PE, CEng, or EUR ING is a plus • Prior rubric, engineering-training curriculum, or design documentation authorship is a plus • Must be able to work as an independent contractor • H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported
