📋 Description

• Develop and execute Welldoc’s revenue generation and business development strategy specifically tailored to the Health Plan market. • Leverage your existing network of Health Plan/Payer executives to surface, qualify, and close new enterprise sales opportunities. • Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers, medical directors, and innovation stakeholders within commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. • Analyze current revenue streams, market trends, and product offerings to continuously optimize our business growth and go-to-market strategy. • Act as the lead quarterback on complex, enterprise-level deals from discovery to close, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual quota targets.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience leading business growth in the Health Plan markets • Documented history of closing multi-year SaaS or technology-enabled contracts with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) or Total Contract Value (TCV) exceeding $1M. • A robust, active Rolodex of decision-makers within major health plans and regional payers. • Deep familiarity with the digital health landscape, value-based care models, population health, and payer reimbursement mechanisms. • Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales) and experience navigating long, complex committee-based buying processes. • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex clinical and economic value propositions. • Ability to travel & represent Welldoc at key industry related events, conferences, and to engage with stakeholders.
