📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to facilitate CPAP supply reorders • Actively promote and sell CPAP equipment while ensuring compliance, satisfaction, and retention • Contact assigned patients quarterly to facilitate CPAP supply reorders with the goal of achieving a 50% reorder rate • Promote the sale of replacement masks, cushions, seals, and filters • Verify and update patient records, including insurance details • Maintain professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions • Efficiently navigate the platform to process orders

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
