📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for medical coders • Provide guidance on coding queries and escalate issues to clients as necessary • Conduct coding reviews and recommend appropriate coding based on current guidelines • Provide written feedback related to coding compliance documentation • Conduct clinical record audits as assigned • Collaborate with internal teams to support quality plans • Help provide appropriate tools and resources to internal coding teams and global partners • Support coding optimization, client satisfaction, and business goals

🎯 Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma • At least 2–4 years of relevant work experience • Home Health Coding Certifications • EPIC EMR experience preferred • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed • Must comply with applicable security policies and procedures • Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods • Applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Certain client-facing positions may require applicable immunizations and occupational health mandates
