📋 Description

• Drive the infrastructure for Wellvana’s enterprise governance cadence, including steering committees, initiative reviews, and escalation paths • Maintain and evolve decision rights, RACI structures, and governance documentation • Standardize initiative reporting for status, risk, and progress across the enterprise • Identify governance gaps and recommend structural improvements • Lead operations for the Enterprise Insights & Clinical Strategy initiative pillar, tracking milestones, dependencies, and decision points • Coordinate Analytics, Clinical Strategy, and Medical Economics stakeholders • Surface risks and blockers and drive resolution or escalation • Own operational tracking and governance for the annual Gross Savings initiative • Track gross savings targets, medical management, and clinical documentation performance • Monitor performance against targets, flag variances, and coordinate recovery plans • Build and maintain initiative tracking tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting systems • Ensure data integrity and a single source of truth across tracking tools and leadership reporting • Evaluate infrastructure improvements as enterprise initiatives grow • Prepare and deliver RYG status, portfolio dashboards, and pulse updates for C-suite and ELT audiences • Translate initiative-level detail into decision-oriented executive summaries • Partner with initiative owners to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent reporting • Align enterprise initiatives with strategic priorities across People & Culture, Analytics, Medical Economics, and operational/service line teams • Identify duplication, misalignment, and ownership gaps before they become execution risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field • 8–10+ years in program governance, PMO leadership, or strategy operations roles • Healthcare or value-based care experience ideally including ACO, MSSP, ACO REACH, or Medicare Advantage exposure • Demonstrated experience designing or running governance models and operating cadences for enterprise-scale initiatives • Experience with financial and clinical performance data, including gross savings, medical management, and quality metrics, is a plus • PMP or equivalent governance/program management certification preferred • Agile/Scrum certification a plus • Proven ability to build and operate scalable governance structures • Strong executive communication skills and experience preparing C-suite-ready reporting • Proficiency with project/portfolio tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet and dashboarding • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Comfortable working with ambiguity and translating it into structure • High ownership and ability to operate independently as an individual contributor
