📋 Description

• Work as a Maps Quality Tester on products released in target markets across the globe • Work closely with the development team to ensure the client organization ships the highest quality application • Quickly grasp and distill complex matters into clean, understandable reports • Explain technical details in clear and concise reports • Contribute to finished consumer technology products • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in using iOS and MacOS (desirable) • Working knowledge of maps and web-based mapping products • Good written and spoken English • Experience working with data and spreadsheets • Familiarity with using mobile devices for driving navigation e.g. Apple Maps, Google Maps • Creative thinker and able to understand the product from the user's perspective • Organised and self-sufficient, able to work remotely without direct supervision • Ability to explain technical details in clear and concise reports • Background in GIS or previous maps experience • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred (Geography, Cartography, or related field preferred) • Austin-based and working from home in Austin • Ability to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST
