📋 Description

• Drive end-user conversions throughout the region to ProDriven Global Brands products • Provide safety and product training to internal and external customers in the Houston, Texas area • Implement strategies with Regional Sales Manager and End User Specialist teams • Communicate product knowledge and conduct training to support regional sales objectives, conversion dollars, and KPIs • Establish and grow networks of Safety Directors, End Users, Distributors, and regional safety personnel • Build relationships with top distributors stocking Werner Fall Protection, Climbing, and Jobsite products • Achieve the annual Regional End User Conversion Dollar target • Develop and maintain the End User Opportunity Pipeline • Align strategy with the Regional Sales Manager • Serve as the safety and product Subject Matter Expert and first point of contact for questions • Promote education and use of online training tools • Support events and communicate product knowledge and product safety • Lead regional teams in selling new products, safety materials, and competitive comparisons • Lead the regional EUS team, align strategy, evaluate and develop teammates, and lead monthly team huddles focused on SFDC targets and KPIs • Conduct continual regional SWOT analysis and develop competitive strategy • Share the Voice of the User with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams • Perform other duties within the scope of the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience required • Previous sales experience • Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards required • Bilingual Spanish required • 3–5 years of direct experience required • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Fluency in Spanish and English bilingual capabilities • Strong presentation skills • Leadership skills • Initiative and self-starter ability • Good verbal and written communication skills • Listening skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to sell a solution and drive revenue • Must reside within the designated region • 60%–70% domestic travel required
