📋 Description

• Own the program roadmap across Phases 1–5, from initial setup and baseline data collection through final scale, sustainment, and readout • Act as the primary point of contact for clinical site improvement teams, internal leadership, and the administering partner • Facilitate practice improvement coaching, support weekly PDSA huddles at pilot sites, and maintain cross-site learning collaborative alignment • Coordinate collection and verification of performance data • Oversee run charts and SPC dashboards tracking progress against the aim statement and priority measures • Coordinate timely and accurate quarterly reporting • Organize and track deliverables, including the playbook, training curricula, and patient/staff education materials • Manage site onboarding documentation, partnership agreements, and HIPAA/data-sharing compliance processes • Ensure participating sites are prepared to launch screening workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-site healthcare projects or quality improvement initiatives • Familiarity with clinical environments and primary care workflows • Knowledge of Quality Improvement methodologies, including PDSA, RE-AIM, and run charts • Ability to synthesize complex clinical and technical information into actionable plans for clinical and non-clinical audiences • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, and meet milestone-based deadlines • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Asana • Proficiency in Google Workspace • A degree in healthcare administration, public health, project management, or a related field • Ability to work for an employer in the United States, as addressed by the application’s employment-authorization questions
