📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance to eligible applicants and support identification of funding opportunities • Develop proposal-development materials, including project narrative and letter templates, grant guideline summaries, letters of intent, checklists, and correspondence • Facilitate meetings, seminars, and workshops on the grant writing process • Manage preparation of grant proposal packages and support entities through proposal submission • Liaise with eligible entities and the WV Office of Broadband to encourage collaboration • Interpret funding opportunities, write project narratives, and develop budgets • Assist applicants with grant application forms and document uploads into submission sites • Maintain meeting records, project files, and documentation for project management and reporting • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years of related experience required • Experience with the pre-award process, grant proposal development and submission, and project management • Equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered • Highly motivated and able to work independently or in a team setting • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Strong written and oral communication and research skills • Ability to work with diverse groups and facilitate meetings • Ability to learn grantmaker policies, procedures, and regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite • Experience with grant portals such as Grants.gov • Database management skills • Knowledge of current broadband and workforce development trends • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Valid US driver's license • Resume required; cover letter preferred
