📋 Description
• Meet with hiring managers to assess hiring needs. • Post job openings in the applicant tracking system. • Screens resume and conduct telephone interviews to pre-screen potential fit. • Post positions to other appropriate internet job boards –Indeed, LinkedIn, professional organizations, and industry specialty job sites that can reach unique candidates. • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. • Schedule interviews for hiring managers. • Manage the scheduling effort to make sure candidates are reviewed timely. • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on offers and any offer negotiations.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years’ of hands-on recruitment experience in a high-volume environment. • Experience recruiting positions in a wide range of subject matter areas but experience in the education, federal, or state disciplines or related field is required. • 5+ years’ experience with applicant tracking systems i.e., UltiPro/ UKG or comparable. • Strong written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. • Strong knowledge of MS Office /Outlook applications. • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience in a related field preferred.
