📋 Description

• Lead the development, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of digital learning solutions supporting large-scale professional learning and technical assistance initiatives • Serve as subject matter expert and strategic advisor for eLearning development, learning management systems, digital accessibility, and adult learning • Establish and improve standards, best practices, templates, frameworks, and quality assurance processes for digital learning and learning technologies • Provide senior consultation to project directors, project leaders, clients, instructional designers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle • Lead strategic design and quality reviews, project closeout reviews, and accessibility and instructional quality evaluations • Lead the strategy, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement of interactive digital learning products • Translate complex technical content and client requirements into engaging, scalable, evidence-based learning experiences • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities, resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs • Lead LMS administration, online learning environment deployment, course configuration, learner tracking, reporting, SCORM/xAPI integrations, certificates, and digital credentials • Monitor system performance, learner analytics, emerging technologies, and user feedback • Ensure compliance with WCAG, Section 508, contractual requirements, and project objectives • Lead data quality, learner data integrity, reporting, compliance, troubleshooting, and process improvements • Resolve complex technical issues involving learning systems, digital delivery, accessibility, data integrity, and user experience • Mentor staff, lead cross-functional teams, and facilitate collaboration with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 8–10+ years of progressively responsible experience in digital learning, instructional design, learning technologies, learning management systems, accessibility, professional learning, technical assistance, or related fields • Advanced expertise designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining interactive digital learning solutions using Articulate Storyline, Canvas, or comparable authoring tools • Advanced experience administering and supporting learning management systems and related learning technologies • Advanced knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and digital accessibility standards, including WCAG and Section 508 • Demonstrated experience leading complex digital learning initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders • Experience providing consultation on digital learning technologies, instructional design, accessibility, and learning systems to support project planning and implementation • Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills • Visa sponsorship is not available; successful candidates must be authorized to work in the United States • Successful candidates must pass a criminal background check and education verification
