📋 Description

• Administer funding from federal, state, and private grants/sponsored projects awarded to the university • Manage all University grants from setup to closeout • Ensure the institution meets compliance and financial reporting requirements • Work closely with department finance to provide data analysis for decision-making throughout the grant • Report to the Controller • Collaborate with the Accounting department, Pre-Award Specialist, and department administrative staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and one year working in an accounting-related field, which may be substituted for an advanced finance or accounting degree • Degree in finance or accounting preferred • One year of post-award grants management preferred • Workday experience preferred • Excel data analysis experience preferred • Letter of application addressed to Justin Weigle • Resume • Contact information for three references
