📋 Description

• Manage continuous improvement initiatives across Enterprise Supply Chain, including project prioritization and resource coordination • Build and maintain a network of internal trainers and subject matter experts through train-the-trainer programs • Facilitate structured problem-solving workshops using 5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, and SIPOC tools • Coach supervisors and subject matter experts on root cause analysis and corrective action planning • Develop standardized tools, templates, and documentation • Facilitate Lean waste-reduction workshops, including value stream and future-state mapping • Facilitate process standardization initiatives, including process mapping, Gemba analysis, and Lean waste reduction • Lead teams through process implementation and change management • Develop training materials, standard work, and RASCI documentation • Support leadership development in communication, coaching, feedback, delegation, and team development • Recommend internal and external programs to strengthen leadership and soft skills • Facilitate feedback loops to improve process adoption, training, and communications • Standardize training materials, assessments, and documentation within a centralized repository • Identify training and capability gaps and recommend mitigation strategies • Maintain accurate, complete, and auditable training and competency records • Report to the Leader of Supply Chain Operational and Functional Excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Business or related Degree • Minimum 6+ years of applicable experience • Continuous improvement experience • Project management skills • Supply chain knowledge • Root cause analysis skills, including 8D, Six Sigma, and 9-Step Problem Solving • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to leadership • Continuous improvement mindset • Experience making decisions required to deliver expected services with quality • Experience setting priorities, informing on risks, and making decisions when appropriate
