📋 Description

• Maintain and communicate Westinghouse's privacy program while promoting compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws • Work with teams and corporate center functions to align compliance goals with organizational priorities • Lead internal outreach programs and projects regarding cross-border transfer mechanisms, program requirements, and strategic privacy tools • Manage the United States and Canada privacy programs while supporting the Global Program • Own aspects of the data privacy compliance program and support employee and vendor adherence to privacy requirements • Develop privacy program procedures and tools aligned with applicable data privacy laws and global processes • Evaluate program risks and exposures and manage professionals implementing mitigation strategies • Lead privacy projects and document privacy risks for partners • Collaborate with partners across the globe • Manage, investigate, and document privacy incidents, special investigations, and inquiries • Support Westinghouse's AI Governance Program • Report to the Chief Privacy Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Privacy • Experience in technology policy or compliance/risk management roles • Expertise in Data Privacy and ability to operate beyond own national borders • APP practitioner certification or similar • Experience in the technology industry or understanding of technologies
