📋 Description

• Advise senior and executive leaders on critical Operational Excellence priorities, enterprise performance risks, and complex improvement opportunities • Translate business strategy into multi-year Operational Excellence roadmaps, governance, standards, and execution priorities • Determine goals, methods, and approaches for critical assignments with enterprise-level accountability • Develop and guide sustainable solutions using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, A3 Problem Solving, FMEA, root cause analysis, and other advanced methodologies • Anticipate implementation risks, resolve barriers, and guide leaders through long-term enterprise decisions • Develop new Operational Excellence ideas, methods, frameworks, and standards • Evaluate technologies, automation, advanced analytics, and process design opportunities • Define scalable leading practices and reusable approaches • Establish enterprise measures, governance, and benefit-realization methods • Interpret operational and business data to identify systemic trends, strategic risks, and opportunities • Communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, and outcomes to executive leaders and key decision makers • Create formal networks across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and other departments • Represent Westinghouse externally with customers, industry groups, professional associations, and stakeholders • Develop organizational capability through expert consultation, facilitation, mentoring, and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience advising senior leaders and leading complex initiatives with impact across multiple departments or sites • Experience resolving critical operational issues, shaping long-term strategy, and developing new methods or standards in situations with limited precedent • Recognized expert in Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, structured problem solving, process design, and operational performance improvement • Capability and experience using operational data, ERP systems, reporting tools, and data visualization to guide strategic decisions • Living near a major airport • Ability to travel up to 75% • Applicants must meet applicable United States and comparable export control requirements
