📋 Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee supply chain projects within scope and budget • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, success criteria, and integrated project plans • Lead complex cross-functional projects from assessment through implementation • Manage objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, actions, and stakeholder expectations • Identify process gaps, root causes, initiative needs, and efficiency, compliance, and results improvement opportunities • Develop current-state and future-state process documentation, project plans, action trackers, and standardized best practices • Present executive-ready updates on project status, milestones, risks, decisions, impacts, and next steps • Facilitate weekly standups, monthly steering reviews, and gate approvals • Drive change management, including stakeholder alignment, communication planning, training, adoption tracking, and reinforcement of new processes or tools • Partner with Category Management, Procurement, SIOP, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, APX, Logistics, Finance, IT, and other teams • Facilitate meetings, lead working sessions, and deliver executive-level presentations • Consolidate feedback, escalate issues, document decisions, and maintain project coordination throughout the lifecycle • Support system enhancements, process automation, and report improvements • Translate business findings into insights, recommendations, and presentation-ready materials • Review operational and financial information to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and initiative opportunities • Develop and maintain ad hoc reports, recurring project updates, executive summaries, and leadership presentation materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, supply chain, project management, finance, or a related field; equivalent related experience may be considered • Master's degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement, or change management • 2+ years leading supply chain projects • Experience driving change management efforts and managing scope, schedule, and project budget across multiple sites/functions • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, identifying risks, and driving enterprise-wide programs • Experience working with Category Management, Supply Chain, Operations teams, Finance, and internal or external partners • Experience with continuous improvement and process optimization • Professional certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, Lean, or similar project certifications are in process or willing to get
