📋 Description

• Collaborate with project directors to respond to RFPs • Prepare conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents • Participate in client presentations • Engage in design reviews and provide constructability insights • Monitor design progress and manage scope and cost adjustments • Develop and manage detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems • Develop scopes of work for bid packages • Support solicitation and evaluation of competitive bids • Assess and qualify subcontractors and recommend contract awards • Assist with major purchase orders and procurement coordination • Establish project organization, staffing plans, and schedules • Direct project schedules and lead site meetings • Update timelines and ensure compliance with permitting and inspection authorities • Drive cash flow through invoicing and collections • Manage change orders and subcontractor and vendor payments • Monitor progress, safety, and quality standards • Address subcontractor performance issues and implement corrective actions • Mentor construction personnel and support performance management • Lead project close-out and warranty work • Travel as needed to support engineer-led design-build project delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in construction, design, or project management • Proven track record delivering complex projects valued between $5 million and $50 million or more • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management • Prior experience with estimating, construction methods, and project management technology • Ability to travel as needed • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred • Masters Degree in Construction Management preferred • AACE estimating certification preferred
