📋 Description

• Manage overall project execution and verify deliverable accuracy and adherence to project scope • Engage commissioning teams and project stakeholders to maintain alignment and meet client requirements • Oversee project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and maintain project health • Maintain project budgets and manage resource utilization across multiple projects • Create and manage project scope trackers, resource calendars and forecasts • Track and report project status and execution to clients and internal/external stakeholders • Verify proposals and project scopes are clear, complete and free of ambiguity • Drive corrective actions when scope or performance gaps are identified • Develop commissioning scopes of work and accurate task and project pricing with the Cx Director and Business Development team • Participate in new project interviews and pursue new opportunities with potential clients • Provide training and mentoring to the commissioning team • Provide input on commissioning standards and processes • Develop Owner’s Project Requirements, lead commissioning design reviews, review commissioning specifications and plans, oversee functional testing and owner training • Foster accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement • Uphold ENFRA’s owner advocacy philosophy and organizational core values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field • 5+ years of commissioning or related experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, or building operation management experience • Ability to interact professionally with owners, owners’ representatives, contractors and design teams • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with the construction industry and general knowledge of the Company’s competitors • Ability to multitask and identify task and project priorities for timely and accurate completion • Engineering Intern (EI) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred • 2+ years in a leadership role preferred • Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, etc.) preferred • Commissioning Certification (e.g. NEBB, ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, etc.) preferred • Competency with cloud-based commissioning software platforms preferred • Ability to travel 25–40% of the time • Ability to ascend and descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps and poles; climb stairs; work in tight and confined spaces; operate machinery and/or power tools • Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds
