📋 Description

• Lead surveillance of supplier manufacturing operations to assess conformity with contractual requirements • Ensure suppliers implement nuclear safety culture • Identify and report deviations from contractual requirements using the dedicated template • Witness manufacturing activities including welding, non-destructive examination, dimensional control and destructive testing • Issue a report after each surveillance activity • Review End of Manufacturing Reports and final documentation • Issue quality release before equipment shipment • Perform unscheduled oversight based on lessons learned and supplier weaknesses • Support supply chain and project teams by providing information on significant supplier-facility events • Back up the SQO team during overlapping activities or vacations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering • 5+ years of experience as a manufacturing inspector/surveillance engineer in the nuclear industry • Certification in NDE or welding preferred, such as NF EN ISO 9712, CWI or similar • Strong knowledge of NDE, especially UT and RT, and welding activities • Knowledge of nuclear construction codes/regulations, including RCC-M, ASME and ESPN • Knowledge of manufacturing processes for critical nuclear equipment • Willingness to travel often, between 50% and 75%
