📋 Description
• Runs the global OKR Center of Excellence • Develops and implements a communication and training plan • Updates the SharePoint Center of Excellence page • Monitors OKR support email box • Leads sessions with leaders to guide creation of OKRs • Tracks progress and provides updates to Chief Operating Officer and C-Staff
🎯 Requirements
• At least five (5) years of general business experience • Deep knowledge of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) • Deep experience in change management • Experience researching software tools and automation • Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications • Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional initiatives • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
