📋 Description

• Drive execution across a large, complex portfolio of Health & Benefits products • Own and manage product initiatives end-to-end from discovery through delivery • Modernize existing products and build scalable, platform-driven solutions • Translate complex business needs into product requirements, user stories, and backlog priorities • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders • Contribute to Agile sprint planning, refinement, demos, and delivery processes • Participate in technical discussions and help shape architecture decisions involving APIs and integrations • Manage multiple initiatives across varying levels of complexity and maturity • Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, measure success, and iterate on improvements • Improve product usability, efficiency, and value delivery to reduce customer attrition risk • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably within Health & Benefits, healthcare, fintech, or enterprise platforms • Proven ability to deliver complex products with a strong focus on execution, outcomes, and continuous iteration • Experience working in Agile environments with Engineering, Architecture, and Product Design teams • Strong technical fluency and experience working on or alongside API-driven architectures, including REST, GraphQL, integrations, or webhooks • Ability to understand and navigate complex systems across multiple domains • Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, including translating technical concepts into business value and influencing stakeholders • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered • Experience applying modern AI tools, including LLM-assisted workflows, code-generation agents, or predictive analytics • Experience in consumer-directed healthcare products such as HSA, FSA, or benefits administration • Background in platform or infrastructure product management • Experience modernizing legacy systems or contributing to digital transformation initiatives • Ability to bridge platform and application layers • Experience working with enterprise or large employer clients • Familiarity with event-driven architectures or distributed systems • 2+ years of experience integrating practical AI/ML capabilities, predictive models, or LLM-driven automation into enterprise SaaS, fintech, or healthcare platforms • Hands-on experience using AI for data extraction, document processing, fraud detection, or conversational self-service • Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot
