📋 Description

• Own the strategy, multi-year roadmap, and business outcomes for a critical digital platform modernization initiative • Drive evolution of legacy systems into a unified, high-performance platform • Lead complex, high-visibility product initiatives from discovery through execution • Use modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, automate specification documentation, analyze behavioral patterns, and evaluate intelligent feature integrations • Collaborate closely with UX researchers and designers to co-create seamless user journeys • Apply product-led UX design, customer journey mapping, usability principles, and design thinking to product discovery and interface refinement • Lead modernization initiatives including legacy-system sunset, complex customer-workflow migration, and deployment of modern digital solutions without operational disruption • Use analytics tools and executive dashboards to uncover insights, measure post-launch adoption, and drive data-informed iterations • Influence senior leadership and align engineering, design, business, and executive stakeholders • Guide and mentor junior product managers on product methodology, discovery frameworks, and strategic execution

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, design, or a related field • 8+ years of professional experience leading outcomes for complex, multi-faceted product initiatives • Expertise in defining and leveraging product metrics to understand performance and deliver on strategic OKRs • Track record of partnering closely with UX/UI design teams and integrating user-centered design into product discovery • Ability to establish long-term product strategy and actionable multi-year roadmaps • Ability to lead complex, end-to-end Go-To-Market execution • Deep knowledge of product-led UX design, customer journey mapping, usability principles, and design thinking • Advanced proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-driven platforms • Experience leading large-scale platform modernization, legacy-system sunset, workflow migration, and scalable digital solution deployment • Expert proficiency with interactive analytics tools and executive dashboards • Experience aligning business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and executive leadership • Experience guiding and mentoring junior product managers • Preferred: Master’s degree in business, product management/development/marketing • Preferred: Experience presenting to and influencing executive-level stakeholders • Preferred: Experience in multi-quarter platform planning and complex Go-To-Market launches • Preferred: Exposure to Over-The-Road payments, commercial card systems, or fleet solutions • Preferred: Agentic AI certification
