📋 Description

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations across Sales, Claims Management, Injury Triage, and Client Services • Develop and implement AI voice agents for inbound calls, injury intake, dispatch coordination, and customer-facing workflows • Identify manual processes and develop intelligent automations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee productivity • Maintain and optimize the Salesforce Enterprise environment, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integrated products • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and Microsoft 365, Aircall, Calendly, Applied Epic, and other third-party platforms • Collaborate with leadership and departmental stakeholders to understand workflows and develop technical solutions • Independently manage technical initiatives from requirements gathering through development, testing, deployment, and optimization • Develop project plans, maintain system documentation, communicate progress, and provide updates to company leadership • Maintain Salesforce data integrity, user permissions, security settings, and platform reliability • Troubleshoot technical issues, support end users, develop training resources, and promote adoption of new systems • Stay informed about Salesforce, artificial intelligence, and automation advancements and recommend improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, development, or platform management experience, or equivalent demonstrated expertise • Demonstrated experience successfully designing, developing, and deploying AI agents or advanced automation solutions in production business environments • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Flow, custom objects, data models, security, and automation best practices • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, or comparable AI agent development platforms • Working proficiency with Apex, APIs, and third-party system integrations • Ability to independently manage technical projects from requirements gathering through successful implementation • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders • Exemplary time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision • Strong collaboration skills, accountability, and commitment to reliable, measurable business results • Preferred: Experience developing AI-powered voice agents using Agentforce Voice, Aircall, Retell, Vapi, or similar platforms • Preferred: Experience analyzing sales calls, meeting transcripts, or employee interactions using AI • Preferred: Experience with MuleSoft, Workato, n8n, or Zapier • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Data Cloud, and Account Engagement • Preferred: Familiarity with commercial insurance, Workers' Compensation, claims management, or Applied Epic • Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Agentforce Specialist, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Platform Developer • Preferred: Experience working directly with executive leadership in a small or midsize organization • Preferred: Demonstrated success implementing automation solutions with measurable operational improvements • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must be able to work without employer sponsorship for employment visa status
