📋 Description
• Responsible for the business development of the Fabrication and Rebar production and operations • Manages fabrication operations including production, budgetary, and financial performance goals • Develops and monitors fabrication production and quality standards and procedures • Oversees the implementation of safety, health and regulatory compliance • Manages inventory levels across the business and through the production process • Manages, hires, trains, and develops staff of regional Fabrication managers
🎯 Requirements
• BS/BA in a related discipline • 7+ years of experience in a related field • Experience in fabrication or construction industry • Experience managing multiple sites in a manufacturing or production environment • Experience in utilizing financial indicators to measure performance and costs
