📋 Description

• Gather disparate data from various data sources • Analyze and normalize data to ensure data quality • Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data and guidance on data definitions • Research industry trends and benchmarks • Analyze data, report findings, compare industry/company benchmarks, determine trends, and prepare cost analyses • Define data definitions and document data limitations • Prepare spreadsheets, reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps, presentations, and ad hoc requests • Provide recommendations based on findings and analysis • Provide input on policies and procedures • Participate in department and interdepartmental projects • May serve as Team Lead and train Analysts • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems • May oversee projects and assignments, including planning, assigning, monitoring, reviewing progress and accuracy, and evaluating results • Contribute to employees' professional development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to gather, compile, analyze, normalize, and interpret data • Experience preparing spreadsheets, reports, charts, graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc analyses • Problem-solving skills for complex situations • Ability to make decisions under conditions of uncertainty • Ability to work independently with limited instruction • No travel required
