📋 Description

• Gather disparate data from various data sources • Analyze and normalize data to ensure data quality for analysis • Provide consistent, relevant, and accurate data and guidance on available data and definitions • Serve as a resource to assigned clients in the area of expertise • Conduct research on industry trends and benchmarks • Analyze data, prepare reports, compare findings to industry and company benchmarks, determine trends, and prepare cost analyses • Define data definitions and document data limitations • Prepare spreadsheets, reports with charts and graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc requests • Make presentations as needed • Provide recommendations based on findings and analysis • Provide input on policies and procedures • Participate in department and interdepartmental projects • May serve as Team Lead and train Analysts • May oversee project and assignment completion, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing work • Contribute to employees' professional development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline and generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field, OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Certification is required in some areas • Ability to gather, compile, analyze, and normalize data from various sources • Knowledge of industry trends and benchmarks • Ability to define data definitions and document data limitations • Experience preparing spreadsheets, reports, charts, graphs, mailing lists, maps, and ad hoc analyses • Ability to provide recommendations based on findings and analysis • Problem-solving skills for complex situations and troubleshooting • Ability to work independently with limited instruction • Ability to plan, assign, monitor, and review project work • Ability to contribute to employees' professional development
