📋 Description

• Provide property valuation on single family properties • Analyze properties from a variety of different sources • Analyze data and trends to proactively identify current market values and make accurate valuations on an assortment of different product types and price points in the real estate market • Participate in and coordinate due diligence and provide overall transaction support including contracting and managing third party report • Track local real estate market data • Assist with special projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation for single family homes • Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market • Experience working in real estate and understanding true market value, BPO experience, and past REO account management is beneficial • Subject Matter Expert in Property Valuation • Active or inactive real estate license • Proficient in common computer applications, including Microsoft Office • Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment • Strong ability to think quickly on their feet and adapt to a changing market • Strong quantitative and analytical ability and internet research, organization, and communication skills • Effective decision-making skills and an ability to perform under deadline pressure
