📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned customer and internal projects, including scope, schedule and budget. • Build and maintain project execution plans, including task lists, schedules and resource loading. • Act as the primary Whitefox point of contact for customers during project execution. • Identify and manage project risks with clear mitigation and contingency plans. • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and align them to project objectives. • Monitor budgets, track costs and report variances. • Track invoicing, payments, equipment receipts and project documentation. • Maintain accurate project records in SAP Business ByDesign. • Issue regular status reports to internal stakeholders and customers. • Support customer site activities and ensure safe, effective on-site execution. • Work with commercial, engineering, customer support and operations teams to deliver membrane technology projects for ethanol producers.

🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related Engineering discipline. • 5+ years’ experience within an industrial environment. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, project management software and MRP systems. • Experience with SAP Business ByDesign is an asset. • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects, budgets and cost controls while meeting demanding deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgement and a high attention to detail. • Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative, with clear ownership and accountability for results. • Professional Engineer (PE) license (required). • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (an asset). • Ability to support customer site activities with approximately 40% travel. • Hours will vary based on project needs.
