• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and "through-partner" marketing strategies designed to drive MRR • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in a matrixed organization • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, track ROI, and optimize lead generation funnels • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across Sales, Product, and centralized Marketing teams • Deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution.
