• Spearhead technical projects focused on the end-to-end reverse logistics lifecycle for returned assets and drones • Design, develop, and implement streamlined technical processes for the triage, repair, rebuilding, and refurbishment of assets • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the reverse logistics flow • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to support internal teams and external partners • Take ownership of data analysis and reporting related to technical rebuild metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in reverse logistics, service engineering, or a related technical role • 5+ years of people management experience • Demonstrated ability to successfully implement and manage technical solutions and systems • Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end reverse logistics processes • Proven proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL, Excel, and Power BI • Experience in evaluating and effectively managing relationships with third-party vendors • Strong ability to analyze end-to-end processes and identify data-driven opportunities for continuous improvement • Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects and leading cross-functional teams
