• Cold call from the client's provided lead list, with around 80 dials per shift expected • Schedule appointments geographically efficiently • Follow up with prospects by email • Handle basic FAQs using a provided script • Organize the lead list • Use Excel/spreadsheets, a calendar management system, a phone/calling system, and CRM/sales outreach tools
🎯 Requirements
• US-based candidate required • Strong outbound sales/appointment setting experience • Geographical scheduling skills • Basic spreadsheet and calendar management • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Availability for US work hours, 10 hours per week
