📋 Description

• Implement state-approved SAC-IT and SAC curricula and Laitinen Academy’s internal counseling and healthcare elective curricula • Conduct classes, workshops, and training sessions using diverse teaching strategies • Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback and support • Guide students through the state credentialing application process • Use educational technology and software for curriculum delivery, student engagement, and administrative efficiency • Stay current with trends in substance abuse counseling and healthcare education • Contribute to continuous improvement of the Academy’s educational programs • Enhance internal curricula for counseling and healthcare electives • Develop training programs and curriculum for groups, individuals, and family sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field • Current SAC licensure or equivalent credential • Experience in clinical practice, especially in substance abuse counseling • Proficiency managing state-approved and internal SAC-IT, SAC, and healthcare elective curricula • Skill using modern educational technology and software, including Microsoft and Google tools • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal relations capabilities
