📋 Description

• Serve as the technical bridge between Business Development and Engineering teams • Own the technical implementation journey for our partners, from the first sales conversation through integration, launch, and ongoing success • Scope partner engagements with clear objectives and success criteria • Work with the business development team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical documentation to support the sales process • Present technology demos to support new business • Own partner integrations end-to-end as the primary technical point of contact • Support the design and implementation process of tailored solutions based on partner technical requirements • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful integrations • Troubleshoot, reproduce, and identify root causes of partner-reported issues • Serve as an advocate for partners inside the engineering organization • Use SQL, Tableau, and reporting tools to identify and present actionable growth opportunities to partners • Manage multiple concurrent partner engagements • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to optimize client engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Customer-facing background in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a similar role • 3+ years of programming experience in Node.JS or an equivalent language • 3+ years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience in the travel or travel insurance industry
