📋 Description
• Leading engagement teams on planning and execution of audit engagements • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the audit engagement • Managing multiple engagements concurrently to meet deadlines • Reviewing work papers and determining compliance with standards • Developing positive relationships with client management
🎯 Requirements
• BBA/BS/MS in Accounting • Advanced knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and PCAOB/SEC rules and regulations • Familiar with life science transaction types including complex debt and equity transactions • 10+ years of relevant experience • Must be a licensed CPA • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills • Ability to communicate professional/technical knowledge effectively • Strong organization and project management skills
