📋 Description
• Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues • Provide underwriting solutions to agents and sales team • Handle residential and limited commercial transactions underwriting • Present training seminars to educate title agents • Provide outstanding customer service and respond to inquiries • Travel with sales staff for agent visits throughout the state
🎯 Requirements
• J.D. degree • Minimum 3 years of experience concentrated in real property and title insurance • Strong knowledge of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Montana, Utah, and Wyoming real property law • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Relationship building • Problem solving • Decision making • Must be a member in good standing with the Colorado Bar
