📋 Description

• Conduct Sales Rep to OBC customer transition meetings to handle the onboarding process • Review and verify customer setup information for accuracy • Contact customers before delivery to confirm the delivery date • Verify in MAS that the container has been delivered and review routing to confirm the service day • Contact customers to confirm receipt of the container and review the scheduled service day • Follow up after the first service to confirm it was completed to the customer's satisfaction • Review invoices with customers and ensure service levels are correct, including contamination charges • Conduct OBC to account manager customer transition meetings to handle future needs and concerns • Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty • Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure successful onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • 4 years of relevant work experience • 2 years of customer service experience in addition to the education requirement • Ability to develop strong customer relationships and promote retention and loyalty • Ability to work closely with sales teams and customers • Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and copy machines • Ability to perform repetitive motions and coordinate eye, hand, and foot movements • Ability to sit, talk, and hear • Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for business air travel or access to federal property
