📋 Description

• Responsible for profitable growth and continuous improvement of WM sales results • Partners with Area Sales Directors to execute programs for both Field-based and Inside Sales Segments • Functions as the lead for implementation of SMB Field-based and Inside Sales segment initiatives • Promotes communication and coordination within the Area’s sales organization • Provides guidance to accelerate growth and guide the teams for success • Engages in budget and planning process for sales target setting • Analyzes data to identify growth and price related opportunities • Partners with Marketing on demand generation activities
