📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Development Managers across the US. • Drive the execution of the US sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Build, grow, and enable strategic channel partnerships, including resellers and master agents. • Own pipeline management, sales forecasting, and CRM accuracy. • Define, track, and improve team KPIs and sales performance. • Develop regional revenue plans and partner business plans to drive sustainable growth. • Implement sales best practices and methodologies to improve team effectiveness. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and HR to achieve business objectives. • Traveling regularly for business needs.

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. • Strong strategic thinking with a results-driven, data-informed approach. • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills. • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. • Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and KPI management. • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
