📋 Description

• Conduct activities associated with closing new customers • Achieve budgeted closing and productivity goals using telephone-based selling approaches • Generate revenue through consultative sales of WM services on inbound calls, typically for small and less complex accounts • Maintain high customer satisfaction in sales transactions • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales activity goals • Execute outbound telephone marketing campaigns • Attract, generate, manage, and record leads from outbound telephone marketing • Use WM sales productivity software tools, including the Prospect and Customer Database, Proposal Program, and Pricing Tools • Provide weekly feedback on local-market picture counts and participation rates • Attend monthly Safety meetings and provide feedback to Route Managers and Drivers

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) • 2 years customer service experience in addition to the education requirement • 9 months of proven success in a WM customer service focused role as an internal requirement • Proficient knowledge and use of personal computers and computer software applications • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to propose customer solutions compliant with appropriate local, state, and federal regulations • Residence in the greater Phoenix area based on business need
