📋 Description

• Manages the WM Computer Forensics Lab and the team operating the lab. • Develops and manages the implementation of the Company’s overall strategy for electronic document collection, storage, archiving and destruction. • Assists in design, implementation and continuous review and improvement of Legal Department related processes and technologies. • Reviews requests to forensically examine WM devices and in partnership with legal counsel recommends forensic examinations. • Coordinates the administrative management of litigation holds as a centralized process for the entire department. • Maintains statistical and documented information related to cases and/or Company issues. • Partners with internal stakeholders to ensure sufficient processes and procedures to satisfy company policy and state and federal laws. • Initiates and develops reports to apprize management of litigation holds and other issues. • Directs and manages vendors retained for electronic document management. • Responsible for an operations budget and accountable for financial oversight of the budget.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree focused on the Paralegal career required. • 7 years or more years of previous legal experience required, including a significant portion of that time spent in discovery production related activities. • 3 years Experience with discovery and matter management systems. • Bachelor's Degree or J.D., and direct experience in the management of electronic discovery issues preferred.
