📋 Description

• Own all facets of the Area Open Market Residential (OMR) line-of-business • Identify, build, implement, and manage sales and marketing projects and programs to grow and retain the existing OMR customer base • Meet assigned sales growth targets for OMR • Coordinate OMR projects and programs with Customer Service, Pricing, Operations, Maintenance, Billing, and the Area Leadership Team • Identify marketing business solutions that generate growth and customer loyalty and assure desired return on investment • Integrate WM service offerings into OMR strategy • Maintain and meet assigned revenue growth targets and forecast growth for operational and maintenance partners • Oversee efforts to reduce lost business due to late and non-payment of invoices • Drive communication and accountability of OMR inside the Customer Experience department • Communicate OMR performance metrics clearly and concisely • Maintain and implement corporate standardizations and best practices • Work with Pricing on profitable growth strategies and ancillary service charges • Manage marketing spend budget and track campaign returns • Communicate with the Public Sector Director and Senior District Managers to assure Quality of Service

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Bachelor's Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience • 7 years of prior work experience (in addition to education requirement) in Sales Management or Operations • At least two (2) years of Business to Consumer (B2C) marketing experience, with examples of past marketing campaigns • 4 years sales experience with accountability for sales targets • Marketing expertise in social media: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram • Experience with direct customer/prospect campaigns • Ability to travel when needed for internal meetings or projects across the Area • Must have or be willing to obtain a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative for air travel or access to federal property
