📋 Description
• Oversee reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, and dispute resolution across all legal entities globally • Responsible for general ledger accounting, including monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations • Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX requirements • Lead the end-to-end global intercompany accounting function • Ensure effective financial internal controls and SOX compliance for all intercompany activities • Lead and mentor a global team of accounting professionals
🎯 Requirements
• BA/BS in Accounting • 8-10 years of progressive accounting or controllership experience • 3-5 years in a Global Business Services (GBS) leadership role • 10K schedule support experience • Fixed Asset accounting oversight experience • Experience with Intercompany accounting, consolidations, and Foreign currency translations • Large, multinational company experience • Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance • CPA a plus
