📋 Description

• Identify and reach out to potential partners (companies, institutions, and funders) • Present projects and develop joint collaboration opportunities • Negotiate and conclude funding or partnership agreements • Collaborate with project teams to clearly communicate their needs • Document and maintain partner contacts in the CRM system • Support sales, fundraising, and project development activities, with a focus on closing agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for social issues and community engagement • Initial experience in sales, fundraising, or project development (including experience gained through studies or internships) • Persuasive communication skills • Initiative, reliability, and a results-oriented approach • Fluent German with strong negotiation skills • English is an advantage
