📋 Description

• Move partnerships from agreement or idea through development, launch, and expansion • Translate partner conversations and commitments into clear owners, actions, and next steps • Track deliverables, assets, approvals, timelines, and dependencies across Wolf and partner teams • Prepare for partner meetings, capture decisions, and ensure follow-ups happen • Build relationships with partner teams and become a trusted day-to-day counterpart • Build and manage plans for partner initiatives, products, and launches • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Creative, Marketing, and external teams • Organize and maintain visibility of owners, milestones, decisions, and dependencies • Identify and help resolve blockers, unclear ownership, delays, and missing decisions • Define success measures, gather performance data and partner feedback, and identify lessons • Carry lessons from partnerships and launches into future work and identify growth opportunities • Identify recurring problems and inefficiencies and create playbooks, workflows, templates, and tools • Improve tracking of commitments, decisions, and next steps • Take on increasingly ambiguous and important projects as business knowledge and trust develop

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 2-5 years of experience (approximately 24-60 months) • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed on unfamiliar products, technologies, and business problems • Clear communication and relationship-building skills across different personalities and functions • Ability to turn ambiguity into action and determine next steps • Reliable follow-through and ownership • Good judgment and ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or involve others • Willingness to handle both strategic problems and detailed execution tasks • Relevant background may include business or startup operations, strategy and operations, partnerships, program or project management, product operations, consulting, implementation or solutions, media, entertainment, gaming, or technology • Demonstrated ownership of a cross-functional project, stakeholder coordination, useful process or system, or other complex work
