📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementations for large-scale enterprise customers with complex organizational structures, multi-entity requirements, and high volumes of matters and spend • Act as the customer's trusted guide throughout implementation • Oversee multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, managing priorities, risks, and escalations • Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into implementation plans • Configure the Brightflag platform, including approval workflows, billing guidelines, reporting structures, and security needs • Develop and own data migration strategies for large, complex datasets • Coordinate with internal resources for accurate and timely data migration execution • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests and integrations across matter management, ERP, and SSO systems • Work with the Customer Success Manager to define implementation success and establish long-term customer relationships • Ensure enterprise needs are met and positioned for continued growth, adoption, and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years hands-on experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company • Ability to solve complex technical and business problems and communicate requirements effectively with technical teams and non-technical customer stakeholders • Understanding of data ETL, migration tasks, SQL, RESTful APIs, OAuth, and software/web technologies • Excellent project management skills, including planning and risk management across multiple simultaneous projects • Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Jira • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Analytical approach to requirements gathering • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset • PMP or CAPM certification (bonus) • Domain knowledge or expertise in legal management or legal operations (bonus) • Experience in legal or regulatory SaaS (bonus) • Candidates must be based on the West Coast, US • Work permit sponsorship/self-sponsorship is not available
